"Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. Salvatore and Rosie were extremely welcoming and gave very useful local advice, as well as providing us with an excellent Apulian meal."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. "We had a fantastic stay in Lecce. It's a beautiful city and our accommodation was in a very central location. However it was very hot when we were there, so the airconditioning unit was unfortunately not coping the best with the heat. Otherwise all good."

"The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. "Everything about this property was 5-star. Location, views, service, etc… was excellent. The breakfast included with the room was the best we’ve had in Europe and the rooftop bar was an amazing place to have an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back. Grazie!"

"From check-in until check-out, the staff at this property were amazing, professional and exhibited exceptional hospitality! I’d like to give special attention to Marco and Ludovica, who answered my many questions, helped with transportation and set me up with what I feel is the best room at the hotel (105)! The incredible view, 2-door corner balcony and cleanliness of the room made my stay that much more enjoyable. There were many great dining options close by and the expansive, inviting beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Be mindful that in the off-season, local buses are not in service, so transportation to and from this neighborhood will take extra planning. Grazie mille!!! "
