The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12. "This was a great property for the price. The location is great, and the house is fully furnished. The owners are in the process of upgrading, so there are a few things that show their age. Our only issues were cleaning-related. There were obvious stains on a set of sheets, and some bathmats that smelled strongly of urine (dog?). Apart from those issues, our stay was pleasant. "

"Great views of ocean including dolphins surfacing frequently. Had minor issue but communication was easy and issue was resolved quickly. We walked 5K loop several times on sidewalks, low-traffic roads, and retaining wall next to ocean. Deer near roads seem tame. Good restaurants including Seaside Grill (Wednesday shrimp night) and Beedos (Vegan smashburgers) within 20 minute drive."

"Carol was very responsive and the unit was comfortable and in a very convenient location. Before we arrived we were told that the dryer wasn't working but Carol gave us access to a dryer in another unit which was a big help although it was inconvenient "

A experience with the host, great property

"Great location, super cute property. The amenities were excellent for kids. "This is a cute, large apartment. It’s within walking distance to the beach, fitness center, and the food court. The host was quick to respond to questions. We had no issues during our stay. We will stay here again. "

Wonderful ocean views and sounds

"Great views of ocean including dolphins surfacing frequently. Had minor issue but communication was easy and issue was resolved quickly. "The property was very nice, but the weather was terrible and we were only there a couple days to see my grandson graduate from boot camp at Parris Island so we weren’t there much if the time. Fripp Island is beautiful!"

Best vacation I’ve ever ever had!

"This location and particularly the balcony view, exceeded my expectations! There were great touches, including updated fixtures and decor, new bedding, and linens, plenty of towels and comfortable sheets. When we arrived, the place was impeccably clean, and that is saying some thing from me. The patio furniture on the balcony was perfect, so that the spectacular view could be taken advantage of. I have pictures of groups of dolphins that I took directly from the balcony. This was an awesome experience all the way around!"
