"The condo we stayed in for our first time ever Colorado trip was as advertised. The condo was clean and everything was very comfortable. The only con was there was no air conditioning and it did get very warm during the day, but the evenings did cool down especially after the rains. I would recommend taking a fan if you’re going in August. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation. "

"Really appreciate the historic/family roots of the property however, would not stay again. Cabin was dated, infested with bugs, loft was an inferno and all smelled stale/moldy. Clearly a better stay in the winter for access to mountains."
