Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und obwohl man für sich und etwas abgelegen war, befindet sich das Haus in einer kleinen Anlagen die durch eine automatische Schranke zugänglich war. Auch die nächste Stadt war nur ein Katzensprung entfern, etwas Shopping, essen oder Einkäufe waren überhaupt kein Problem.
