"Very clean and tidy apartment having good sized rooms and off road parking. Easy to find and in a small quiet village. Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. The access road to the apartment block is narrow and a tight turn is required to enter the parking area, potentially a bit tricky with a big estate car. Von der angegebenen Adresse in Caderzone Terme aus ging es dann über einen sehr engen und steilen Weg über 6km ca. 700 Höhenmeter nach oben zur Unterkunft. Die Rampen sind teilweise so steil, dass wir daraufhingewiesen wurden vorher den Fahrradträger von der Anhängerkupplung zu nehmen um nicht aufzusetzen. (Die Räder haben die Gastgeber:innen in ihren Transporter geladen und hoch gefahren.)...

Not a very good hotel.

"There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. For reference, we stayed in 4 additional hotels. They request you leave your key when you go out of the hotel but they leave it where anyone could pick it up, not behind a desk. Did not feel secure so I denied the request to leave it."

A welcoming stay

"We appreciated the welcome given and also being upgraded to a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "
