ゆったりとした空間で、スタッフの方の気遣いも素晴らしく、家族全員でのんびりと過ごせました。 嵐の湯、貸切風呂あかり、部屋の露天風呂、どれも堪能できました。 サービスも略オールインクルーシブなので、子供達は大喜びで何杯もドリンクを飲んでました。 何より旅館の中を全て裸足で移動できるので、靴を履き替える必要がなく楽でした。 ドリンクサービス、マッサージチェア、アロマなど全て無料で利用できてあれこれ考えず、本当にノンビリくつろげました

From the moment they picked us up from the train station, we knew that we were in love! Everyone was so kind and you can tell they really want you to have a stress free vacation. この雰囲気を維持してほしい。

新しい建物ではないが、非常に清潔、快適に保たれていて、いい宿に来たという満足感が得られた。満室ということだったが、風呂も、食事も、ロビーも館内はどこも客が多すぎることはなくゆったりリラックスして過ごせた。また来たい。願わくは、その時には規模拡大して大混雑、などということがないように。

正にくつろぎの邸

駐車場からチェックイン、ラウンジでの館内説明、部屋への案内までスタッフ皆さんが全体を把握した上で、それぞれの役割を担っていること、それが全ておもてなしに基づいていることが強く感じられました。部屋、食事味・接客、ラウンジでのデザート、夜食、風呂の備品にも気遣いが行き届いていて、これほどリラックスできた旅は久しぶりでしたし、恐らく最高の思い出になると思います。

AMAZING! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly from the time we entered until the time we left. The whole experience was just fantastic. The food and meals were amazing and the water facilities were so clean. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great onsen!

I highly recommend! It's our second time staying at this ryokan, and it was as amazing as our first stay. The breakfast and dinner was so beautifully presented and delicious that we still dream about it until today. The staffs are super nice and sweet. The hotspring baths were great, not to mention their sauna. A relaxing and pleasant stay 🙂
