"We loved this hotel immediately when we arrived. Our room was lovely, great views and comfortable. Unfortunately our first night we were informed that a hurricane had flooded our Florida home and we were forced to cut our vacation short. The staff was wonderful in accomodating our needs and our change in plans. We will return one day to finish our stay in Innsbruck, and we'll stay at Hotel Central. It truly is in the heart of the city and we rode the Hotel's free ebikes around for a while. We were sad to leave the hotel and the City early, but we'll be happy to return as soon as we can."

"This hotel was wonderful. Located on the busy centre, it was close to every amenity. The room was spacious, with very roomy and comfortable bathroom. The staffe was beyond helpful. Breakfast had everything you need to start your day. The main reception/lounge was a lovely place to spend time. Would stay again. "

"Hotel was in a great location in comparison to public transportation, literally next to the train and buses. Very walkable from the hotel, we didn't take much public transport to get around bc of the walkability. The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff were great as well. Would recommend staying here. "
