Stayed in the adults only section in the premium part of the resort . On arrival we found the pool full of leaves , but there was no problem with this as we asked for it to be cleaned and it was . On our second day a family came in the adults only area which was not acceptable to us as the parents then disappeared and left their children at the pool with no lifeguard . Reception failed to do anything when we told them despite the fact they were not allowed in this section . They need to address these issues as we had paid to be in a quiet area and not having to babysit or safeguard other peoples children . The reception said they had booked when there was access still allowed, but this was untrue as we watched them break in then the parents went off leaving the kids alone ( very unacceptable ) after a while . If it’s adult only it should be stuck to.I have no problem with children but don’t want to spend my time watching someone else’s . Other than this the resort was very good and other than this encounter very pleasant and responsive .

We loved it! Pool & Restaurant on site. Easy for taxi to Fuengirola or Mijas costa £10-15 euros Beautifully clean and new, Easy parking BP garage next door for fresh bread and groceries Nothing too much trouble! Defo come again!

A gem!
Had a fantastic stay! Beautiful view from our accommodation and only 10mins walk from the beach. Swimming pool on site was lovely and clean. And setvice was outstanding. Very minor point was bed mattresses were very hard but didnt spoil a wonderful stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again especially given the price. Thank you

Sehr schöne, neu angelegte Anlage. Das Zelt hat der ganzen Familie viel Freude bereitet. Zwischen dem Meer und der Anlage verläuft die Autobahn. Somit ist man mit dem Mietwagen super schnell zum nächsten Ausflugsziel unterwegs, aber leider hört man im Zelt nachts die Autos.

Todo está muy bien y muy nuevo. Lo que no nos gustó es el acceso a la playa por un paso a nivel y justo al lado de una gasolinera por la que hay que pasar todo el rato y es la única tienda que hay alrededor. La piscina algun día la vimos muy sucia

Muy bueno
El hotel es nuevo los trabajadores son muy simpáticos salvo dos socorristas que eran muy maleducados. El apartamento era muy limpio y nuevo pero el baño olía fatal y las cortinas no tapaban la luminosidad. La piscina Vip era muy tranquila y la normal tenía un tobogán un campo de fútbol. Y el Hotel está cerca de la playa.

For us as a family of four it was close to perfect. A few minor things are worth mentioning regardless: 1) Wifi worked relatively well outside but almost never inside houses (may be due to material of walls and no repeater inside) 2) some smaller windows (kitchen) had no means to get covered during night time, hence with doors all open due to central A/C any permanent lights coming in from outside in such case could potentially disturb your sleep 3) kitchen equipment would not include certain more special items like eg. cheese grater - just remember to bring one maybe 4) some people may let their dogs run freely (saw only once and two smaller, but one was a little nasty); not sure if against house rules or not, but in general there's people to be expected probably who deal with it rather relaxed 5) some people consider it ok if their kids in groups of 5-8 are still sort of moving on the walks and playing games around the houses az midnight. For us it was ok all in all since we wanted our pre-/teen girls to have a nice 5-day "softened" camping experience with still good comfort for us. The pool and other facilities are really great too. All the staff very friendly and professionall, all clean always, security stadf on the facilities, etc. Also almost all other guests always greeting with a friendly "hola" no matter what or when.

Ótima estrutura e conforto
Classificaria como um camping resort kkk O conceito das cabanas e casas com conforto (camas boas, cozinha bem equipada, decoração leve e bonita, varanda com sofá...) é incrivel. A área comum é uma delicia. Piscina grande, restaurante com boa comida, show pela noite (ou outra atividade), lavanderia.... e tudo rodeado de arvores e jardim pelos caminhos até seu quarto. Estrutura pensada para nos receber bem, sem contar a boa recepção e dicas dos funcionários. Atravessando a rua há um mini mercado otimo para pequenas compras e guloseimas e atravessando a avenida através de uma passarela já está na praia. Voltarei e indico.
