Two major issues -
Firstly we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment and on arrival at midnight we received a one bedroom apartment with no linen to set up sofa bed. We queried at reception but due to the language barrier we had to just request linen and the following morning enquired at reception to be told it was an error and we would be refunded the difference. This never happened and on contacting Expedia (many times) they confirmed it was "up to the hotel to refund and they were not going to do it". We would never have paid that price for a 1 bedroom apartment but are left with no resolution as neither hotel nor Expedia taking responsibility.
Secondly - Do not go to this hotel if you have kids. The residents who stay within the resort were extremely unfriendly and repeatedly told both children and adults to "shut up". I could understand if the kids were being noisy but they really were not. One man in particular repeatedly took pictures of our children in the pool and when challenged refused to show us the pictures saying he could "take pictures as he pleased". The same man would sit by the kids around the pool and follow them around outside. There was zero relaxing when at the pool due to this and eventually we gave up on pool all together. The worrying part was he was a resident and the other residents did not seem to find this strange.
