This is my 6th time stay in Route inn hotel. Everything is good. Friendly and nice staff. However, the choice of the breakfast items are lot less than the last few years.

Great accessibility, steps from Fukui station. The free breakfast had a remarkable selection and is great to have, given that there are limited options open early in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean. Drugstore 10 minutes walk away for essentials and f some foods if needed. Several conveniences stores that are even closer (but more expensive). Many restaurants in walking distance as well as a department store. Solid choice!

I arrived early and they let me store my luggage and went out to explore to kill some time. My room was small but was good enough for solo traveler. Staff is very friendly and speak good enough English to help with what you need. The free breakfast is really good I was surprised at the variety of foods that was there, it’s a buffet style breakfast and I really enjoyed it! Hotel is like a four minute walk to the Fukui Ststion and bus lines. Restaurants and convenient stores close by and the castle ruins is a quick walk. There is a tiny food truck across the way when going to the castle ruins and I would recommend trying the Karaage he sells it was so good and hot the spot. If you love a dinosaur theme this town is for you! Overall hotel experience was good and I would stay again and recommend it to others.

古さは否めないものの、清掃はきちんとされていたかなと思います。ただ、空気清浄機は、空気の排出部にホコリがかなり溜まっていたので使用しませんでした。コーヒーがお部屋になく、ガッカリしていましたが、ロビーにドトールさんのコーヒーメーカーがあり、使用できる時間は決まっていましたが、お部屋に持って上がったり、外にそのまま持って出られるシステムでした。 朝ごはんは、バイキング形式で、冷凍食品かなと思いましたが、パンも数種類あったし、ごはんのおともも充実していました。ドリンクもデザートもあり、補充も頻回にされていました。
