We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were lovely, property is located very close to the subway and the breakfast was amazing. Free beer in the afternoon was a plus.

Located in a very convenient area, close by the subway station, with convenience stores, DONKI, food stalls and other things. Staff are friendly and breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is not as clean as expected compare to other same stars hotel in japan. Especially was very disappointed after using the washing machine and dryer. Both machines were not working property and need to hang the clothes in a tiny room to dry them up without ebough hangers and space. As the room are in darker end, you feel the furniture are kind of dusty. The heat in the room is very dry, and the humidity fire is all ran out for rental. It should be one of the must items in the room. However, Location and staffs are wonderful, help us to call taxi

This is definitely a younger crowd hotel. Nice, clean, safe. It also is loud and busy. A group next to my room came in at 12:30 am and talked and laughed until around 3:30 am. Paper thin walls. I had to be up by 7 am and I could hear most of the conversation. Not helpful. Very Fun vibe though. Great location. Nice staff.

Only two things let this down ( check in stick to 3 pm ( I got there at 2:50 and 3 staff but won’t allow you to register ( come 3 pm 30 people trying to register at same time crazy idea ) Number 2 on all menus including bar drinks it say extra ¥500 for NON guest ( BUT guessed have to pay this too ) I discussed it and they need to change wording but will they I doubt it But the hotel is very nice and staff are too I would book again

Great atmosphere and service at check in. Location right next to airport subway which was convenient. Close walking to things. Most spacious room we had in Japan through our travels but the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all

The hotel is clean and the staff, which speak perfect English at the reception, were always very helpful. The place is central with access to multiple shopping streets, lots of restaurants and convenient stores. The only missing point is the size of the room and the view as the hotel is shaped as an H and most rooms faces a wall.

Small but well-appointed room in this hotel. We had enough space for 2 people and 2 luggage. The bathroom was tight but clean with a fantastic shower. The hotel offered a number of amenities to borrow which I really appreciated such as a hair iron. Like most hotels of this type the room itself is clean and functional, comfortable but not luxurious. We found the hotel to be well located close to a subway station which made it easy to navigate the city.
