Very good location, nearby all Fukuoka city attractions within walking distance. Clean and spacious room, a great stay. Wouldn’t recommend for older people as there are high ladders to some bedding areas.

以前利用した時に、取れない汚れでテーブルが嫌だなと思ったが今回もそのままだった。浴室の掃除が手抜きに思えた。前泊者のゴミが洗面台に残っていた。浴室はピンクのカビが隅々に目立った。それを除けばまた利用したいです。

良い旅行になりました。
友人と2人で泊まるには快適な広さと新築並みの綺麗さだったのでとても満足です。立地も歩いて天神などに行ける距離だったので特に不便はなく、値段もお手頃でコスパは良いと感じました。 次は同じ系列のほかの宿も利用したいと思います。

安くて清潔で設備自体はとてもよかった。しかし、チェックインが宿泊する場所から車で15分程かかるところにあり、そのことがエクスペディアのアプリでは書かれておらず二度手間になった（後日、ネットから調べてみると一応書いていた）。こちらの確認不足でもあるが、一般的には宿泊施設とチェックインの場所は同じところと考える方が多いと思うので、もう少し目立つように書いて欲しかった。

とてもよかったです。
スタッフさんの説明は丁寧でわかりやすかったです。お部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったですが、暖房があまり効かず少し寒かったのでエアコンだけでなく、ヒーターなどがあるとなお良いかなと思いました。 また福岡位に行く際はお値段もリーズナブルでアクセスも良いので利用したいとおもいます。

施設は新しくて、清潔でよかったです。ロフト付き部屋ですが、小さいこどもがいる家族はちょっと難しい。衣類乾燥機があったら、もっと便利になると思う。

옷장있는 벽면이랑 복층 기둥에서 물이 새더라구요. 사용하는데는 지장없으나 민감하신분들은 참고하시구요. 생각보다 층간소음이 심해요. 발소리도 마찬가지로 민감하신분들은 예민하게 반응하실수 있으니 참고하세요. 그 의외에는 매우 만족했습니다.

일단 린넨을 스스로 깔아야 해서 특이하고 어려웠지만 청결한 느낌이어서 괜찮았어요. 그런데 복층에 린넨이 있다보니 들고 내려오기가 조금 위험하더라구요. 조심해야 할 것 같아요! 그밖에는 너무너무 만족스러운 숙소에요 깔끔하고 동네도 조용하니 좋았어요 :)

部屋は新築のロフトつきワンルームで、トイレはウォシュレット、洗面所には洗濯機があり風呂は自動給湯タイプ&浴室乾燥つきと贅沢な作りでした。 また、ミニキッチンや冷蔵庫にIHコンロまであるので長期滞在でも使えます。 また近くには格安のコインパーキングもたくさんあり、コンビニも徒歩二分ほどと便利です。 残念なだったのは敷布団が薄く、体が痛くなるところと自分でシーツをかける仕様になっていた所。 あとチェックインの場所が離れており土地勘や移動手段がないと戸惑う点は気になりました。 ただ総合的に見て友人と泊まるには宅飲みもできるし、チェックアウトは施錠して出るだけと利便性はあるので、用途によってはとても使える施設だと思います。

신고합니다.
최악입니다. 1.체크린 하는곳과 숙소가 꽤 멀어요. (사전에 고객이 알기힘듬) 2. 급해서 다른호텔 예약하고 3.노쇼로 취급받음. 가장 최악은 관리자에게서 안내문자를 밤 10시에 왔어요 체크인 당일날... 주변환경도 싸늘하니 치안위 문제도 의심됩니다. 절대로 가지마세여. 이 내용을 한국어 영어로 설명하여 블로그에 뿌리겠습니다.
