"Great experience of a non Western stay. Staff was all very friendly, room was comfortable, hot soaks were AMAZING after a few very active days of walking. We opted for a lighter dinner in the bar area and had an amazing time with great views of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and a new experience that we loved. "

"Small property but packs a punch. Offered a refreshing tea upon arrival. Close to the bamboo forest, but you can the escape the hustle and bustle of the sea of tourists. Rooms and clean and tidy. And very large! Would stay there again for sure."

The rooms are not new but it add to the classical japanese experience. Overall i recommend if you are looking to live the authentical japanese experience.
