This hotel discriminated against my disabled mother in law and her service dog. They were extremely rude. The rooms had lady bugs and stink bugs all over the place. The hot tub bubbles and heat didn’t work. Nor did the handicap chair lifts for the pool and hot tub. We won’t be coming back here at all. They’ve definitely lost our business and we visit the area often.

We have been staying here when we visit family for a long time. It is consistently clean and the staff has always been great. It is probably time to change mattresses.

I didn't like the fact we had to go to the front desk a few times because the key cards keep deactivating, also the handle on the toilet kept sticking and the running water to fill the reserve tank was loud

Great place!
Very kind staff here! Everyone was so friendly! I've visited Clinton a handful of times and everyone has always been so welcoming here. We did not use the pool or hot tub but the room and breakfast was great. No complaints at all.
