"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we weren't disappointed as everything was as we remembered it. We had a better room this time which was bigger and with a better outlook. The only downside was that it was Christmas party time with two groups in celebrating. The Hotel did apologise in advance and it was only for one night. We eat in the hotel and the food was excellent and keenly priced. The staff were always helpful and happy to serve us."

"Our first child free night away in 5 years to celebrate a 40th birthday. We had stayed in an ibis in Sheffield before and didn’t have many strong feelings about it. It was good as a base, but nothing special. This one in Portsmouth was so lovely. From the fish tank in the lobby, & the very well priced drinks, it was perfect for us. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and the free pastry was such appreciated. We will very much be returning."
