"So far so good. Trying to get some business done here in Gaborone and that takes time and so we keep extending our stay and they have been very accommodating and helpful. There were a couple of glitches but each time it was taken care of immediately. The whole staff are kind, helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast is wonderful. From fruit to eggs cooked to order by chef at the griddle. BTW AirCon works great. "

"We had a really nice room; it was spacious, comfortable and witha good bathroom, including separate shower and bathtub. The decor is lovely and has a bit of an old colonial feel. However, this hotel has definitely seen better days. It could do with a bit of maintenance and modernisation to give it a new lease of life. The pool was terrible - very small, dirty and just not a great corner of the hotel plot. The breakfast was nice, but you hvaeto cross the carpark to go to the bar/restaurant... not a major hardship but not pleasant when it is raining. This was a short one-night stop for us as part of a bigger journey, so the hotel served it's purpose."

"Comfortable one-night stay. The room was well furnished and in decent condition, though the AC was a bit tricky. Bathroom was very modern. The hotel has a nice decor,but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options. The food menu at the bar was limited, and the food was ok - not the best we had in Botswana, but not bad either. There was a DJ by the pool that was very loud (as seems to be typical in Botswana) but this finished at around 22:00 so did not disturb our sleep. There is no lift, but the staff did help by bringing our luggage up to our 1st floor room."
