"Fantastic little hotel if you want a good bed and a very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was NOT good and overpriced to what you where offered."
"The description of location was wrong. You have to take a subway train to get to any area close to the center of the city. Includes a tee pot but no tee or coffee available. Front desk was friendly "
"My staying was wonderful. It was work related travel. After work it was nice to swim in the pool and enjoy a drink by the pool.
The staff was very helpful and nice, warm welcome "
"Good for The price but missing AC south room very hot difficult to sleep in the night, the building keep the heat all night, but clean and comfortable beads "
"We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends. "

"Citadines front desk personnel were extremely helpful, always smiling and very friendly! i will definitely come back while in Vienna. Breakfast was delicious!!!"
"The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre a 15 minute tram ride from right outside takes you into the main shopping and cultural area. The front of the hotel does get road noise 24 hours. The area is industrial not scenic, but safe, with plenty of supermarkets a short tram ride or less than10 minute walk away. The local Spar satisfied what we needed. The Somerset is a great base to explore Vienna and the surrounding area, it's clean and functional as is Vienna as a whole. Internally there was no noise from other guests though the hotel was full. The kitchen area had everything you need to prepare basic meals though half our hob wasn't working at the time we visited. The shower and bathroom were spacious. The Aircon quickly sorted out the usual stuffy hotel room atmosphere on arrival and at night. The public transport system is fantastic, we bought a city centre ticket which covers buses trams and trains at €28 for a week absolute bargain but you will need an additional ticket €2.20 from the airport. If you do hire a car be warned the car park adjoining the hotel is €38 per day. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel it was a last minute change of mind for us from a city centre hotel and we weren't disappointed. "
"Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, good location with good transport links nearby, the toilet/bathroom was not actually cleaned thoroughly during the time we were staying there - that was the only minus point I can make."
"Great location to see the sights of Vienna. Close to a U-Bahn station. Recommend a Vienna Card to use any public transport in the city.
Breakfast was wholesome and healthy. "
