Worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel. Staff was not very friendly and had to find someone to check us in. Bedspread had small stains and noise outside the room all night

I have always liked the property and it’s Cleanse and never before have I had a problem with the room not being clean, The mirror had something splashed all over it seems to be black ink all over the mirror and the cover ,bathroom toilet was very nasty,broken and stopped up,floor and sink was nasty. Had to clean up myself before using the bathroom.

I've stayed at this property before. Indeed, when I travel to Albertville I always reserve a room at this location. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Access to the property from the highway is fast, safe, and easy.

After my kids ( 18 and 17 year olds) drove 850 miles for a concert in Albertville, they were turned away by the initial hotel we booked. I called Microtel and the front desk guy was so sweet and polite. When my kids checked in, he took great care of making sure they were good to go and didn’t take long at all. He made a very unpleasant initial experience, turn pleasant. Huge thanks to whomever was working Friday 7/19 in the evening /late night hours. You helped easy this mommas heart.

Once we were able to find the main entrance from the parking lot, everything was fine. Particularly, the automatic entrance doors and the elevator were very convenient as we had a lot of stuff to take to our room. The staff were courteous and our room was quiet and comfortable.
