A huge balcony, no particularly great views but a great spot for outdoor breakfast while self catering. Shared access to a swimming pool in the building was also very welcome. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City.
