Hello,

For a pleasant stay in the Médoc, our 120 m2 house with large terrace and 40m2 salt-heated pool awaits you.
It is located between vineyards and the ocean, close to all shops. (5 mins by bike)
For lovers of surfing and fishing, the Atlantic beaches are 15 minutes by car.
The house is furnished with all comforts (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, television, plancha grill).
You can visit the wine chateaux without forgetting the famous Cordouan lighthouse.

Bordeaux is 70 kms away.

Incredible villa in the Medoc
The villa is incredible and the outdoor space was beyond our expectations! The pool, seating area, bar area was all amazing and our children loved being able to swim all times of the day and evening. All facilities were provided for inside the villa which was great and it was immaculately clean. Thierry and Sylvie went beyond our expectations for owners of the villa, inviting us for drinks and pizza with them. They have a truly amazing set up here and we are so glad to have met them. The area itself is lovely, we went on Thierrys recommendation for where to visit and Montelivet market was brilliant, Plage du pin sec, and Soulac de mar also. We would highly recommend this villa, it will not disappoint!

My wife, two kids and myself had a great week in the Medoc region. Thierry and Sylvia were excellent hosts, showing us around the property and giving us tips on where to visit in the region. They were patient with our questions (and our pigeon French!) and always had a friendly smile and advice for us. The accommodation is superb (superb clean, spacious, and as advertised). The pool was amazing - perfectly heated, always spotlessly clean and such a peaceful spot in a very rural location - but 15-20 mins drive from all the main beaches, lakes and towns. We had a great week and even had the honour of Thierry and Sylvia inviting us to a pizza dinner on our last night at the pool bar (which has a log-fired pizza oven). Fabulous!

Excellent séjour
Aller chez Sylvie et Thierry c'est faire le choix du partage et de la convivialité. Merci à eux pour leur implication et leur accueil. Ils ont largement contribué au fait de rendre cette semaine de vacances mémorable pour les grands comme pour les petits. Les extérieurs sont un petit paradis. Nous reviendrons pour les pizzas et peut être le phare de Cordouan.

Peace by the pool
We enjoyed a relaxing holiday at Sylvie and Thierry's property. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming - treating us to a delightful evening of home-made pizza and cocktails on our final night - and struck the perfect balance of being attentive while still giving us space to enjoy the facilities. The property was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook up delicious meals using the fantastic produce of the region. Beaches and other attractions were easy to reach and the pool a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Thank you, Sylvie & Thierry!

Merveilleux!
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la maison de Sylvie et Thierry. La maison est parfaitement équipée, très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine est très grande, éclairée et chauffée, parfaite pour faire des longueurs et même se baigner la nuit. Les enfants se sont vraiment bien amusés, ils ne voulaient plus partir! Quant au tour de quad surprise pour les enfants je n'en parle même pas! Sylvie et Thierry sont des hôtes attentionnés, généreux, très prévenants qui ont eu à coeur que notre séjour se passe au mieux. On a adoré les apéros spontanés et les pizzas délicieuses au feu de bois concoctées par Thierry. J'ai du mal à retourner à la pizzeria depuis! La maison se situe dans un endroit calme avec même une ferme et des vaches à proximité. La plage et le marché de Montalivet (un très grand marché, peu onéreux avec stands de degustation d'huîtres miam!) sont juste à 15 min en voiture. Tout est vraiment parfait, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Nous, nous reviendrons !

Un lieu calme et reposant..
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Gaillan.. Des propriétaires très accueillants, chaleureux. Nous avons d'ailleurs passé une soirée avec eux qui fut très agréable et conviviale. Pour la maison, tout le confort est là.. Des choses à changer mais ils y pensent.. Et puis le caime...pour des nuits paisibles.. .

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables à profiter pleinement de la piscine qui est superbe (chauffée à 30° et très propre). Sylvie et Thierry sont des hôtes très accueillants. Merci pour cet apéro dînatoire autour du bar et de la piscine. Ne changez surtout pas, continuez ainsi.

Sylvie et Thierry nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans leur location. Ils sont très arrangeant. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons profité pleinement de la magnifique piscine chauffée. Le lac d'hourtin est un spot très adapté aux enfants en bas âge. On recommande vivement.

What a wonderful place to spend a lazy summer holiday. We have enjoyed every minute smack in the middle of the Medoc region. The house + pool was simply magnificent and the owners utterly lovely and welcoming. Ocean nearby, plenty of great wines and fantastic weather. Horse riding stables nearby and lots of sightseeing to do. We would definitely recommend!

Endroit magnifique situé au cœur d'une magnifique et ancienne propriété viticole. L'âme sincère de ce lieu et le calme qui gravite autour de ce petit paradis nous ont fait sentir "bien comme à la maison". Merci Sylvie, Merci Thierry pour cette belle rencontre qui fera partie de nos souvenirs familiaux et merci d'avoir partager votre temps, vos histoires et vos vies,... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à la présence à la fois discrète et bienveillante de notre hôtesse qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a donné de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Thierry et Sylvie sont d'excellents hôtes. Grâce à eux, vous allez vous sentir chez vous ! Tous deux vous donneront de très bons conseils pour visiter leur si belle région. Thierry et Sylvie vous réserveront aussi de belles surprises ... Le cadre de leur location est idyllique : calme avec de charmants animaux (chiens, vaches, poney).
