"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be. Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...

"This hotel is excellent in condition, we stayed in a family room, the bathroom was one of the biggest if compared to other properties. The breakfast was satisfactory, not many options for the vegetarians, but not bad either. Their lunch and dinner menu is a bit expensive than the Restaurants outside. Peaceful stay that won’t disappoint!

"My stay in Green Mansions was just phenomenal. I constantly forgot I was in Chitwan as the hotel was so much more gorgeous and beautifully designed than many 5 star hotels in the big cities. You could tell the owner has great taste and aesthetics. Every detail in the room and the yard were well thought of: Nice little plants in room; Plenty of trees around room to provide privacy, and a gorgeous view when you look up from the hammock. The activities were amazing too. Kanan is a wonderful guide. In the jeep safari, our driver navigated the trip slowly and gave us enough time whenever we spotted animals. While all other jeeps rushed through the forest, we were the only group to spot a beautiful scene of a deer family walking across a grassland, as probably some of them only come out before sunset when it gets cooler. No need to worry about food too. The restaurant provides excellent food. The friendly and professional service from Cwin was much appreciated. Definitely the place to stay whenever you are in Chitwan."

"We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! "

"Our stay at Riverbank Jungle Resort was truly unforgettable! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavors that kept us excited for every meal. The jungle activities, including safaris and nature walks, were thrilling and well-organized, giving us a chance to witness incredible wildlife up close. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after an adventurous day. "Great stay! Host was super helpful with travel arrangements, quick to reply to all our questions and requests. The town is an absolute haven of calm, and a real retreat from the hutle and bustle of kathmandu and nepal in general - there are great food venues near by and beautiful view points! Very worth while and very reasonable price! Thanks again 💚"

"This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement. The kitchen staff stood out for their kindness and assistance, especially Hitlar and Rohit, who were exceptionally sweet. However, I would suggest the chef pay more attention to the momo, as the dough was too stiff, and the filling lacked juiciness. That said, the mutton curry was an absolute 10/10! Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the team—they are warm, helpful, and truly caring. Although small mistakes occurred, they weren’t a big deal, and I believe they can improve even further. Their thoughtfulness shone through when they arranged taxi pickups for us and helped with booking transport during a natural disaster. I am genuinely grateful for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you!"
