As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. "Stayed w/family for graduation weekend. Very convenient to campus, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Even found a walking trail to the Preserve closeby. 3 of 4 bedrooms are downstairs & getting from driveway to the house was tricky for the 3 elderly ladies we traveled with but overall was a wonderful experience"

"The home is spacious and clean. It's in a very quiet area close to the University. Beds were comfortable and the house was nice and cold! The AC definitely works great! Chris is an excellent communicator. I'm giving it 4 stars only because of some minor things. I think the cleaning staff must have started, but didn't completely finish.
