Although it’s a fairly remote area, it was a convenient location for my travels. And, the price is right. On the negative side, the breakfast buffet is limited although the food was good. On the negative side, the carpeted floors in my room apparently are not shampooed very often and my feet were totally black from walking on the floors.

Fantastic place to stay. I checked in probably around 8:30 or 9 o’clock at night and unfortunately the only room left was a pet friendly room. I do have two dogs and I’m used to pet smells so I rolled with it. I definitely smelled a pet smell though, but can’t complain for that being the only choice I had. If you don’t mind pet odors then the pet friendly rooms are fine but I would definitely stay there again maybe just not in a pet room. Lol.

Was a good experience with excellent food and great conditions for the room. Just a little accident outside with police and a guy with bombs in his math labs that was a crazy scene until 2 am in the morning!

Overall, disgusting. stains on furniture in lobby. Room 118, first floor. There is visible mold/mildew on the shower head. Shower basin looks dirty. needs to be bleached out. Bedding smells of dog. It was a pet friendly hotel and I brought a pet, so I was given a pet room, but this was ridiculous. I was left to wonder if they ever even washed the bedding. My dog is "hypo allergenic" schnauzer, so she doesn't set off my allergies, but my allergies were off the charts during my stay --cause the room was not clean after the last person or last several persons. Hotel hallway has bad smell, room was even worse. Workmanship in creating the structures was not top notch. Bad paint and caulk jobs. Pieced together counter top materials in bathroom mis-matched in color and looked bad. Sausage and eggs at bfast tasted fine. coffee, same. Hotel staff was friendly and very pleasant. They just need to find a competent cleaning crew and establish cleaning protocols that will produce proper results.

Hair in the bathtub and a tooth brush left in shower upon arrival. There was 2 hair pins on the floor next to the bed so the room was obviously not vacuumed prior to my arrival. I was told I could pay cash for my stay on my booking site. But where I attempted to do so, I was told that I could not put a room deposit on my credit card. I was informed that the deposit would have to be in cash because I was paying cash. There was no mention of this on the hotels.com site which is ridiculous. I called Best Western customer service was told that each independent operator can create their own check in rules and that they could do nothing about it. Last time I stay at a Best Western.
