The elevator was broken and I had to walk up to the 3rd floor with my luggage. The night manager assisted with my bags, but I had to bring everything down the morning. The ceiling in the room needs repairing as well.

I like the breakfast and the hospitality. I didn't like the fact that the elevator is down. To make matters worse we got put on the third floor with the elevator not working.

I picked this hotel based on price. My room wasn't clean when I arrived. Even though the manager and front desk staff were very helpful in resolving the situation it left me wondering about the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Walls are thin so could hear my neighbors to the sides and upstairs. As well as anyone walking down the hallways. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and egg sandwiches were cold.
