Just off South 441 (13th St), nestled beside Bivens Arm and close to Sweetwater Nature Reserve with its attractive wildlife, this apartment has a beautiful walking loop, generous parking, and all modern conveniences. On 13th St can be found many popular restaurants, hotels, gyms, a regular bus service, and stores including Dollar General and CVS. The area is home to many students and located just opposite the Gainesville Sun.
