"My stay at this house was absolutely fantastic. This is a very special & beautiful home, one that is extremely charming and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were 100% spotless, as was the kitchen. The family room is really nice, with a fireplace, large comfortable sofas, cable TV, and picture windows with views of the mountains. The family room also has painted wall murals of Cannon Mt and skiing themes which are really quite impressive. There is also a very large backyard where we threw the football and baseball around, and with plenty of room for children to run and play. It was lots of fun sitting around the fire pit at night too, with plenty of precut and stacked firewood. And if you like star gazing, the night sky is breathtaking. The house could not be better situated, with Franconia's restaurants, shops and markets just down the road, and very close to all of the sites and attractions of the area. The Flume Gorge, Mt Washington, The Basin, Lost River, Clarks Trading Post, and other scenic places are all a short drive from the house. Cannon Mt is a very close, which offers great skiing for all levels. The hosts were absolutely fantastic.; super nice people who were instantly responsive whenever I had a question. In sum, I have to say that this is truly one of the nicest and most comfortable homes that I have ever stayed at, and one that I am looking forward very much to returning to again. "Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!"
