The lower level has a second living/game room. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath round out the lower level. Both bedrooms have access to a second screened porch. The lower deck walks out to a hot tub - scheduled to be installed by April 2025!

Even though the lot is secluded, you're just minutes from all the great amenities of the Galena Territory, including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, full gymnasium, game room, hiking trails, and a beautiful marina. It is a short drive (12 mins) to downtown Galena's shopping and dining opportunities.

**Please note the driveway is steep. Be prepared in winter weather.
