Cozy Villa - Wooded View, Coffee Bar

Golf Villa located in The Galena Territory with wooded views. Main level (lower level) offers vaulted ceilings in living room, warm fireplace for chilly evenings (offered seasonally...October-April), two skylights, roomy eat-at bar, plus bedroom with access to full bath. Downstairs couch is also a pullout sleeper. Upper level overlooks the living and dining rooms, spacious bedroom with private bath and utility closet with washer/dryer.

Welcome to Scenic Serenity, your peaceful getaway located in the heart of The Galena Territory. Your home away from home sleeps up to six (6) people comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (lower level) + bathroom on lower level
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (second floor) + bathroom on second floor
Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (lower level)

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a party house. No guests other than the ones on the reservation allowed. $25/per additional guest not on listing will be charged. No loud noise after 10pm. No pets allowed, NON smoking unit ($200 fee per each night of your stay if violated), sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 6.

Please note that there is a full flight of stairs between both the lower level and upper level where the kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor patio are all located.

Cable is not provided, however; there are three TVs in the house where you can login to any of your own subscriptions.

*Travelers insurance is recommended. Please note that there will be no refunds given due to weather.

Guests will have access to The Galena Territory Owner’s Club amenities (located 3.3 miles away from the townhouse). 6 access cards are provided for use of the indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), fitness center, tennis court, indoor basketball court and game room.

**Hours of the Owner's Club amenities are subject to change due to COVID-19, holidays, seasons, etc. We are not responsible for the hours and there are no discounts or refunds if the Owner's Club amenities are not available.**

Perfect get-away
My husband and our best friends and I decided to do a weekend get-away to Galena, and this was the perfect stay! The house was beautiful, clean and the perfect size! The bedrooms both offered plenty of room and comfortable beds, and each couple had their own bathroom which was perfect! We were close enough to downtown that Friday night we went in and enjoyed a late night of live music, but we could drive in and out no problem! We also appreciated having the living space with the fireplace for Saturday night so we could curl up and watch movies after a day of shopping and site-seeing! We ordered food on Saturday night from Woodlands, which was delicious and they delivered it right to us! The landscape was gorgeous driving and viewing! We would highly recommend this property to others and/or stay here again!!! Easy check out and check in! Owner was great to work with!

We have stayed at this lovely property last year. We saw that it was available so we were excited to book it again. This unit is cozy and comfortable. It is well appointed with everything you might need. It is located in the Gakens Territory and is a a short beautiful drive to the center of town. Totally recommend this property!!

This was in a beautiful location with a waterfall and golf courses nearby. We didn't utilize the facilities, but they were very nice. The cozy villa was really cozy!

Cozy little condo for 2 couples! Plenty of supplies and comfy furniture! Only recommendation would be to get rid of the old carpet- kinda dirty and you really don’t want to walk around barefoot.

The property owner was very flexible and very prompt in his replies! The property was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was close to downtown without having to stay downtown! It was hard to regulate the temperature as the upstairs got really hot. So when we turned down the heat, the downstairs got cold. I would not even consider this a complaint. Just keep cold blooded people upstairs! 😊
