"Beautiful, modern and really well-designed rooms. Loved our view of Castello Estense and that we could easily walk to all sights. Breakfast was a very generous and delicious selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. It'd have been nice to have free luggage storage, like in most other hotels - but, admittedly, the paid lockers were another example of clever design. Will definitely be back next time we're in Ferrara and will recommend to others!"

We did ask for a quiet room if possible and unfortunately it turned out to be the opposite. Right next to the lift. Lots of noise also coming from the room above that did disrupt our sleep."

The owners are trying on there breakfast but it is self serve and we did not find much we liked. the meat and cheese is like processed lunch meat and did not look fresh. "After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned.
