"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. "Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. "The property was really clean and modern! Wonderful! Would totally come back again and really recommend. The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. "This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. "Dirty dusty place. Cobwebs … spiders. Coffee stains on floors. It desperately needs a deep clean. No communication prior to arrival despite numerous attempts from our end. We had to book another hotel for the first overnight since we had no PIN code to enter.. phone is not answered just goes on answering machine. What a let down "

"A functional flat with basic amenities in a great location. Large rooms with old world charm, but very small toilet/shower area and only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The beds also weren't comfortable, and in general the flat needs updating. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there isn't a lift. Communication with property owner was good. "

"Lovely staff! The room and bed was great, very comfortable. Breakfast is top tier, very good selection and always well stocked. The only negative for me was the bathroom, it’s a bit small, even in the JR suite. It’s a wet room and personally, I prefer a bathroom with separate shower/bath area.
