If you are looking for a beautifully built house with an amazing beachfront view of Galveston--you have found the right place! Unit A is the upstairs portion of this home. Other guests may be renting the downstairs unit. Grab your fishing poles, your flip flops, and your sunscreen as you and your family are already at the perfect Vacation spot! Enjoy your morning coffee on our beautiful deck and enjoy the sounds of the waves splashing, and the spectacular sunsets. This home has a deck that wraps the home in the right places for amazing and fantastic outdoor living.

Beach Waves A is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom perfect for family vacations. After you get past the amazing sundeck, the living room welcomes you with brand new furniture equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Relax at night in front of the large screen TV equipped with Roku and streaming abilities. The dining area has a table that will seat 6, perfect for meals during those holiday get togethers at the beach. Next is the kitchen.....Beautifully renovated with Corian countertops, this kitchen won't disappoint the home chef. Equipped with full size appliances, everything you need with which to eat and drink, you will certainly enjoy dining in. This home has a washer and dryer. The larger primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second primary bedroom has a cozy, queen size bed, flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the the way to the kids bunk room, you will pass the convenient half bathroom. From the deck, a back staircase will lead you to the fenced in back yard. Perfect for your canine friends; it even has a dog house. You will find more furniture with a fire pit. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience at Beach Waves A memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. This home is a dog friendly property. Your furry family members are welcome. $100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Pet.... 2 Dogs Limit to join you. Pet limit is up to 25 lbs. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
