Welcome to No Worries, a cozy family retreat just steps to the ocean! Take in stunning ocean views from either of the two expansive decks. Enjoy all the comforts of home with amenities such as luxury bed linens, guest robes, and towels. Other amenities provided include a starter supply of travel size toiletries, dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper in each bathroom.

Recently renovated, the spacious and beautiful townhome provide the perfect location for your family beach vacation. Enjoy three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every room has been thoughtfully appointed with our guests and families in mind.

- Private primary suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity. Separate wet area with toilet and tub/shower combo. Bedside lamps with USB charging ports.

- Full size lower bed and two upper twin-size beds in the Boat Bunk Room.
- Premium upholstered furniture.
- Smart flat screen TVs in all rooms with high-speed internet for in-app streaming.
- Pack and Play and two baby gates.
- Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers.
- Three full bathrooms: 2 walk-in showers and 1 tub/shower combo (bath, makeup, and beach towels are provided).


HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFO:

- Maximum occupancy is 8 (eight) persons.
- Day guests must have prior approval from Owner.
- Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and stay on property.
- No pets.
- No parties or large gatherings, including day or overnight guests not listed on rental agreement.
- No smoking (of any kind)
- Parking for 2 cars is available at ground level. License plate and car make and model registration is required.
- Rental agreement will be sent separately upon booking confirmation and must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
- Government ID required to comply with HOA regulations. Uploaded to platform to protect your data.
- No Worries welcomes children and families however our home is NOT child-proof. Children must be supervised at all times.
- We provide bath towels, bed linens, and beach towels. Bed linens are not changed during your stay however, extra housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
- We provide a starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing pods, and trash bags. If you need to restock, Seven Seas Grocery is a short, 3-minute walk down the road.
- We have a new smaller capacity stacking washer/dryer and provide two laundry pods to get you started.
- We have concierge services available through trusted partners, including: grocery shopping and delivery, beach rental services, and high-quality butcher shop delivery (steaks, burgers, hot dogs). Please let us know if you have interest in any of these services.

The property’s smart lock and keyless entry makes check-in a breeze! During your stay, you have access to the full townhome which is equipped with:

- Yeti backpack cooler
- Beach wagon, sand toys, bocce ball, and chairs for beach use
- Yard games (giant Jenga, cornhole, bocce ball)
- Free parking for two vehicles (registration required)
- Propane gas grill, large picnic table, Adirondack chairs
- Washer and dryer (starter set of laundry pods provided)
- Seating areas on two private decks with spectacular views of the ocean
- Outdoor shower

NOTE: Two locked closets are reserved for owners and housekeeping.

Centrally located near Jamaica Beach on quiet Karankawa Beach. No vehicle traffic on beach!

Parking is available for two vehicles. Vehicles must be registered with property owner. For your safety and the safety of our neighbors, parking is not allowed under the townhome.

Check-Out: 11 a.m. CT

- Guests will need to navigate stairs to get to the front door as well as within the townhome.
- Upper bunks are for smaller children - adults are not permitted in upper bunks
- Guidebook includes information about the property and local recommendations for shopping, dining, and fun!
- During renovations, there was some spotting incurred to the floors. We assure they are squeaky clean and we will be replacing them in the off-season.
- Maximum occupancy is 7 (5 adults max). Exceptions made for children and infants.
- Day guests must have prior approval from Owner.
- Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate rental termination.
- Adults are not permitted in the upper 2 (two) bunks of the bunk room.
- No sofa sleeping or rearranging furniture.
- Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay on property during rental period.
- No pets or animals.
- No parties or large gatherings - including unapproved day guests and/or overnight guests not listed on rental agreement.
- Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- No Smoking or vaping (of any kind).
- Parking for 2 cars located on ground floor. For safety reasons, parking is not permitted under townhome.
- Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Vehicle information (license plate, make, model) is required to comply with HOA.
- Government ID is required to comply with HOA regulations. Uploaded to platform to protect your data.
