We tried ( at least 7 times ) to call them. Each time the phone would ring about 7 times and then click we would be disconnected. We had a Princess cruise which canceled the day before departure. We were trying to talk to someone to try and rebook our trip for a different date. The property was already closed down, when We got a notice the property was closed. So our reservation was canceled. So we got another hotel with like a week before we were supposed to be there. So we did not stay there.

Quite the Experience!
I never stayed at this hotel, my review was flagged and no one will give me a call, I cannot emphasize enough the disregard for honest reviews with the mandatory censoring of a review, i am at loss for words, this terrible place does not answer their phone, and i've left voicemails and they refuse the call back, terrible customer service, i'm glad i did not stay at this horrible hotel.

We called the day prior to our reservation and were assured they had electricity and were open for business. When we arrived, it was dark and the people inside said they knew nothing. We were left with no hotel in Galveston. We drive around and called for over 8 hours until we found lodging. A simple call or text would have prevented all of our suffering including a minor child in the car with 2 seniors citizens. We’re very unhappy and will never stay again and will inform anyone who asks.

Extra charges for parking per day :-(
Beware they charge 15.00 per night for parking…. Bathroom door wouldn’t close lots of mold in the room above the window and in the shower the entryways do not have any air conditioning.

The room was nice and clean, other guests were a little loud but it was a Saturday night in Galveston so that was expected. Having to pay $15 to park in their parking lot was a bit ridiculous but in all it was a nice stay.
