Nice hotel, balcony was cramped and noisy and not much of a gulf view. AC worked great though. Staff was ok, some were kind of aloof and others were friendly. The housekeeper was a really nice lady. Only one elevator worked the whole time, and the one that worked was noisy and slow. Really inconvenient and annoying when it should be something you never even notice. Great location, great parking too.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s within walking distance of the beach, and Moody Gardens is just a 10-minute drive away. There are also several restaurants right next to the hotel that you can easily walk to. However, the service was disappointing. When we checked in, there was only one staff member available, and we had to wait a long time. We requested housekeeping to clean the room, but no one ever showed up. It took multiple requests just to get towels delivered to us. The pool water was warm, but it felt too cold for kids to enjoy. Additionally, the hot tub was completely out of service. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we plan to stay at a different hotel during our next visit to Galveston.
