Looking for a LUXURIOUS getaway? Look no further. This beautiful property is ON THE BEACH with two gulf and two bay balconies. Location, Location, Location! Access the beach via a private walkway, far from public beach access points, and vehicles are not permitted on the beach. The property is five minutes from the Strand, countless restaurants and many attractions. An Uber ride to downtown events costs less than event parking. There is room for the entire extended family and it is BETTER THAN A BEACH HOUSE. No stairs! Carry your luggage and groceries up to the 7th floor in the elevator. Friendly, 24 hour, staff are always ready to recommend the best local spots. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool after coming in from the sandy beach. There are tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts. Balls and rackets are available at the front desk. Enjoy lawn games like bocci ball, horse shoes and corn hole. I love to sit on the back balcony and enjoy a cold drink while watching the kids play basketball down stairs. It's the perfect end to a great day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, a large pantry and an extra bar with wine fridge. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and romantic evening views of the lights of Galveston Harbor and Bay from the back balconies, primary and second bedroom . The primary bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite bath with dual sinks, walk in shower with turquoise marble tile and lots of storage. There is no shortage of mirror and counter space in this condo. The primary bath comfortably accommodates 3 at the same time for makeup and hair styling. The second bath has a walk in shower, gorgeous marble tiles and plenty of storage. Both showers have removable handheld shower heads so that little ones can shower without water in their eyes. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, full size dresser for storage as well as beautiful evening views. Bedroom 3 has a futon with full size, super comfy gel mattress and over 10 feet of closet space - plenty of room to stow all suitcases and hanging clothes. Two queen size sleepers with luxury 8 inch pillow top mattresses enable this extraordinary space to sleep 8 in total comfort. Two ottomans stow pillows and blankets for quick and easy conversion. Your family will never feel cramped in this extraordinary space. The 24 x 14 living room, with floor to ceiling views of the gulf, is open to the spacious eat-in kitchen and provides ample space for group activities. Free wifi throughout the condo and four smart televisions provide plenty of options for small group interaction. Loved loved this condo, so well taken care of and location is amazing. Kiddos enjoyed so much and have been on several beach locations but enjoyed this one so much. Everything is well stocked and plenty of AC for the condo.

Perfect setting, perfect accommodations, staff were so patient and helpful, quiet and beautiful views but close to everything in Galveston. Walk to the beach was over a small bridge and on the sand. Perfect!!!!

We had a wonderful time in Galveston. The condo was as described and we appreciated the special touches/ thoughtfulness. It was spacious and we all had plenty of room including our 13 and 14 year old boys who enjoyed playing their PS5 in the living room. Loved the beach and close proximity to the Seawall with a nice choice of restaurants. Can’t wait to stay again!!

This condo was easily accessible, beautiful, and the owner was very communicative. The complex was adorable, and had a ton of amenities that I wish I could have utilized for a longer stay. I highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo for a long weekend. It was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. The views from the living room and bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bernadette checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

We happened to visit Galveston during one of the coolest weekends in state history. Lucky for us the apartment is fantastic and totally met our expectations as advertised. Bernadette is a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Can wait to return in the summer. Enjoy!

We are repeat guests and this location never disappoints! Bernadette is an amazing hostess and her home away from home is exactly that. I’ve written several glowing reviews over the years but one thing that I was especially impressed with this year was the kitchen supplies. I often bring extra pans for cooking when I stay at home rentals as I’m never sure the quality/selection but Bernadette’s are both in good shape and a decent assortment. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful condo, clean and fully stocked. Bright, sunny front room with lots of windows to the beach and gulf. Great Gulf and Channel views, so you can see the sunrise and the sunset. Quiet beach area with no seawall in the way -- lots of early morning birds on the beach foraging for munchies as the tide goes out -- Large (Pelicans), Medium (Gulls) and Small (Avocet). And relatively close to the restaurants in town for easy Uber rides and easy Uber Eats deliveries.

This place and management are absolutely perfect in every way. Bernadette is simply amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The property and building are SUPER clean and extremely well maintained and you can tell that there is pride of ownership in the way they care for everything and everyone. The grounds, building, pool are excellently maintained. The people working in the lobby are conscientious and friendly. The location could not be better if you want to be on the best part of the beach and not fight crowds and easy access. If this place is not available when I want to go to Galveston in the future, I just won’t go! It’s that good!

I have rented several Galveston condos and this is # 1 . Decorated just beautiful the owner's taste is exquisite , she thought of everything. The amenities are over the top, this condo has it all ,comfort , spacious luxury and spotless clean .Balconies in front have a spectacular view of the beach and ocean . The beach is private, clean ,safe and beach is right at your access. Restaurants, shopping , fun all close . This condo is fabulous . The only bad thing was having to leave. We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother's 93rd birthday. The condo is beautiful. Kind of a long walk to the beach, but otherwise perfect location. My only complaint would be the lighting at night time in the master and guest bedroom. They turned on the lights to the tennis courts at like 1 in the morning, and boy they came straight through our windows. I went down and woke the security guard up who was asleep at the front desk and told him to turn the dang things off. He did apologize and he did turn them off.

As the property description suggests, this 7th floor East End condo is all about the views. With balconies on both sides, you really can take in the beach, bay, harbor and ship channel from various vantage points - so bring your binoculars. And though this is Galveston and not The Bahamas, having direct access to a long, uncrowded stretch of beach that's perfect for walking is a big plus, especially considering you're only a mile or two from town. The building is older and not luxurious, but seems well maintained and very secure. The elevators could be faster and the pool could be bigger, but both get the job done. As for the condo, it's lovely, recently updated and well decorated as the pictures suggest. Bernadette, the owner, went out of her way to provide detailed answers to my many questions about building maintenance and COVID protocols. She has a lot of rules, but she is committed to providing an outstanding guest experience. Just a couple of things to be aware of: If you're staying less than 4 days, you won't have access to the in-unit washer and dryer. And if you exceed the early 10 am checkout time by even a couple of minutes, you'll be automatically locked out. So don't dally on departure day.

I challenge you to find a nicer place on the beach for the same price. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful, relaxing beach vacation at a beautiful condo, look no further. The owners of this condo did a beautiful job updating this condo and their attention to detail shows. This is a spacious 3 bedroom condo with room to spare and balconies everywhere! The view out over the beach is incredible. The owners created a home-away-from-home that you can be proud to bring your family to. The appliances are new and top to the line, the towels are fluffy and new, and even the toilet paper is the thick, comfy stuff! All of the furnishings are nice and you get the warm, cozy feeling of being in your home rather than a cheap, beach condo. The condo shows well online, but we were amazed in person. As a family of five, we are used to having to get 2 hotel rooms, so the price was very comparable to what we would have paid at a hotel, yet this condo was so much nicer and provided much more room than we would have found in a comparable hotel. The beach in front of the condo was very quiet and “private” and the building itself appears to have been recently remodeled. The staff was excellent and helpful. The condo is located only a few minutes drive (5 or less) from most of the island touristy stuff, yet you leave all of that crowd and noise behind you when you pull through the gates to the condo. We will absolutely be staying here again whenever we return to Galveston. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! -R. Hicks
