This fabulous, modern beach house is nestled in the super fun, family friendly neighborhood of Sea Isle just minutes from the beach and bay. It is also close to the West End Marina where you will find wonderful restaurants, bars, tennis, a pool, (seasonal) basketball courts, a bait shop, areas to fish, and much more.

This gorgeous, newly built beach house is perfect for gathering with family and friends. It hosts plenty of activities to keep even the littlest beach-goers happy. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, you'll have plenty of space to relax, and enjoy your vacation.
The interior includes a spacious living room with a 65-inch TV with Roku for streaming. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a wine fridge and overlooks the living and dining areas. The primary bedroom suite has a King size bed with a smart Roku TV, a shared balcony with one of the guest rooms and a private en-suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom features a Queen size bed with a smart TV and direct access to the shared balcony. The bunk room is ideal for kids of all ages with a bunk bed (full over full) and a pull-out twin trundle. There is a full-size washer and dryer for guests to use.

Exterior features include a large front deck with a canal view and ocean breezes perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor sink with a fish cleaning station, charcoal grill, picnic table, hammocks for naps, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Enjoy the great outdoor games provided, wagon, beach toys and bikes! Parking will accommodate large vehicles or a boat with trailer.

This home comes with a golf cart. All info will be on your check in instructions. This is through a 3rd party, and you will need to get with the company that hosts the golf cart for more details. The cost is $75 daily and you must rent it for your entire stay. If you do rent the golf cart, please message us through the channel you booked through to get the location of the key. Thanks!

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
