The master bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full over full bunk bed. With its prime location, modern amenities, and stylish decor, you're sure to have an unforgettable stay at League Lofts 303.

Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.

Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: One pet is welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

The communication with the beachbox was great! They emailed right away answering questions I had. The main entrance was a little confusing for us, but we were able to get in without any major issues with the communication from Beachbox. Parking can be challenging but we got lucky with a spot right in front of the building. The steps/stairs squeak a lot. The walls had either water damage or fire damage on one area but wasn't too noticeable. Main bathroom faucet was leaking but it didn't bother us. I just sent an email to let them know. We took a little walk to explore the downtown area with the kids and felt safe. We ate at the Mexican restaurant which was good too. We only stayed one night before our cruise and thought it was doable. You can hear the traffic outside.

Overnight near The Strand
We chose this location due to the availability of 2 bed/ 2 bath and many are not available. It is definitely unique, an older building, that being said be prepared to hear EVERYTHING around you. Walls and windows do not keep any noises out and we were lucky enough to be there the morning of trash day, 6:AM pick up. Both bedrooms had light shining thru windows from either outside or the building hallway so we had to make our own makeshift curtains. Cleanliness was not a top priority here either but all in all we made do with the apartment and started our day earlier than expected due to being woke at the crack of Dawn. We won’t stay here again.

Convenient but loud
Booked this for our family before taking a cruise. Enjoyed the convenience near the strand, spacious and plenty of room for 8. The only negative is, it is very loud on the streets below even though it’s several blocks from the strand. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear everything till 4am. None of the adults got any sleep. Other than that, great place if noise doesn’t bother you.

Stayed here for a couple of nights prior to a cruise. Pictures online were great but the building, at least apartment 303 needs severe repairs. The space is nice and you can see they've updated things like cabinets, bathrooms and furniture. However, there's extensive water damage throughout, including the majority of the living room, in the bedroom, and the bathroom. The table in the living room is falling apart as is one of the nightstands. The sink in the bathroom drips all night. THE bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom had a support rod that's bent badly and I would not trust it to hold my kid. See pictures . It's unfortunate because it's a large nice space and there's some nice parts but the water damage and smell left from it make it a no go. Would not come back unless repairs are made.

We were disappointed that there was no mention of third floor accommodation with NO elevator. It was difficult for five elderly ladies to go up the stairs upon arrival and down upon departure with our luggage. However, Beach Box Rentals office personnel were wonderful and even arranged for a person to assist us. It was not as easy to communicate through VRBO as it was with Beach Box.

Adorable!
Adorable little apartment that makes you feel like you’re a part of Galveston. Walking distance to lots of places. No elevator and paid parking fyi but it didn’t bother us! There’s an app for parking outside the location and it doesn’t cost much and give you a reminder before it expires.

Very comfortable loft! Lots of places to eat within walking distance!
Just my sister and I, but plenty of room for more people! Small appliances all new! Comfortable beds, couch was great! We’ll come back when it’s cooler to be able to do more walking. Host very responsive to every question and comment!

Great Getaway
We did a quick end of summer getaway for a group of cousins before school starts. I really enjoyed the charm and history of the building and area. It definitely has its quirks, but we enjoyed them. The decor is nice and the master bed was very comfortable. We also absolutely loved being able to walk to so much! There is a smoothie & juice shop around the corner, a nice coffee shop, lots of shopping and restaurants. Also only about a mile from the Seawall. The only negative was at night once all the tourist places closed the area seemed to change and there were quite a few drunk people & homeless. We never felt unsafe, however they tended to be loud at night. I know that is not in the control of the homeowner. Overall a great stay and we would definitely consider staying again.

Great location near The Strand
Great location and plenty of room for six adults and two children (could also fit eight adults). Walking distance to The Strand and a small drive to the beach or even walkable if you’re up to it. LOVED the old quaint style of the home. Parking is limited on the street but we only had to pay for parking in a lot one night. Non working elevator so keep that in mind. We definitely had a great time and would stay again :)
