We were put in a room that looked like it should have been condemned. The bathroom was moldy, with wall trim missing, leaving holes. The window was not sealed right, so we had bugs and wind coming in. Above the TV and other places, there were layers of dust. The walls in the main room had holes or scratch marks on the wall, but that can be seen in the whole hotel. Also, our door lock was broken, so we could not get in half the time. We did try to move rooms, but they were doing construction on the other floors, so they didn’t have many rooms available. The breakfast should not be considered as a breakfast as it was just toast and expired waffle mix. I would give 0 stars.

we called ahead of time to let them know of our late arrival. We booked 2 rooms with king beds months ago. We were given doubles. When asked why, they had given our rooms away!! Even though we paid in advance. There were no towels in the rooms. The rooms reeked and we were told it was “room service”. The man at the front desk was rude. He threw our cards at us and blamed everyone else for the issues we were having. He couldn’t give us our rooms because they were sold out, but why he gave our rooms away still remains unknown.

We changed rooms because the first one was dirty. Hair and dead bugs, stains everywhere. Breakfast was disappointing, only pastries, two cereal choices and waffles. Everything just felt dirty and worn.
