Adorable Loft with Great Location (but)...
This adorable loft looks just as pictured and is in a wonderful location with an easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping at "The Strand." If you are highly allergic to mold / mildew, be warned that there is a strong odor of it as soon as you enter the front door and you can visibly see it throughout the loft. I figure this is a common thing to deal with in a beach town and older building. Although we loved the loft & location, I couldn't stay here again because of the mold / mildew, due to my asthma. And even though the loft felt clean otherwise, there were several large urine stains from pets all over the master bedroom rug. :X

Nice and easy stay right near the cruise port.
We stayed the one night before a cruise, and this place was perfect. It’s an older space that has been updated and has everything you need for an overnight stay to a week long stay.

Perfect for an overnight getaway!
What a great location for an overnight trip to celebrate our son’s 13th birthday with a few of his friends. Staying somewhere with character that’s a straight shot from Pleasure Puer and right on the strand was super convenient. The shower was hot, the AC was cold, the beds were comfortable, and the arcade games were a cherry on top.

We loved our stay here!! Will definitely stay again when we come back to Galveston! Beds were comfy and fit everyone comfortably! The kitchen is gorgeous, high ceilings make the loft so grand! The location is great too, walking distance to so much! The black pearl was a great place to eat and was an easy walk right down the street! If your looking for somewhere, I highly recommend staying here!

GALveston trip.
The loft was exquisite and so much bigger than anticipated. Absolutely gorgeous and so very clean. There were 8 of us 60+ and we slept and operated with style despite a very loud truck with a massive stero system on Sat pm. Finally went away.. Loved it Russell, stunning. Had a great time. Only a couple of suggestions. Would be great to have early/late check in for those coming from HTX for a stay. It woud beget to have ice trays provided for ice 4-6 orr a countertop ice maker. amount of mugs for the amount it sleeps (8 vs 4) and same for any othere provisions eg forks etc..A small chair or stool in each bedroom would be great as well . Otherwise it was splendid and gets 5+++ start from me. I will definately want to stay again and am sending to my neighbors right now to tell them about how marvelous the spot is. thanks so much for a great weekend residence.
