Unique Home with Expansive Deck, Close to the Beach
"Expected better with description on listing. Stairs to rooms are on the outside, therefore one room is upstairs, and another downstairs no access from inside of no light in backyard. Cleanliness was 3/10 . Roaches in kitchen, 4 of 8 woke up with bug bites. Flooring was cracked, not leveled. Broken remote to living room tv. Stair lights not working, only 1 porch light was working. "

"House was very spacious for my group of 11 people. House was cleaned and as it was described. The location was very convenient, just a small 2 minutes drive to the beach, you can even see the beach from the top balcony. Kitchen was very equipped, had all the necessary utilities for cooking. The game room and pool was a plus for our children between the ages of 9 and 11. Overall, a perfect place for big families, church groups or friend groups. Close to the beach, Clean, spacious, kids and pet friendly. Communication was great and promptly responded.I am 100% booking them again in the future."
"DO NOT rent this home. This home is unsafe for all, but particularly for children, and the bottom portion of the home is uninhabitable. During our stay, we found many, many safety issues, such as: electrical outlets with missing or broken covers with exposed, live electrical wires, and loose railings and spindles on the outside stairs. But the worst part was the fact that we had to have the local fire department out during our stay because in the downstairs portion of the home the water heater was imporperly vented and there was a carbon monoxide exposure risk. Also the sewer vent was exposed in the bathroomand was emitting sewer gas. This rendered the dowstairs uninhabitable. The house is also run down, dirty, and definitely not "well-equipped" as stated. The pictures are definitely not accurate!Also, this home is listed as having a private pool, however, when we arrived on the first day, the pool was sparkling clean and we were just ready to get in. Then, the pool company showed up to maintenance the pool, which we were happy to let them do per our rental agreement. Unfortunately, he shocked it, which renders the pool unusable for at least 24 hours. Well, come to find out he put so much chlorine in the pool that the pool was at four times the chlorine level that is safe to swim in, as tested by us and the pool company the next day. The pool was unsafe to swim in our entire stay. We tried to inform the rental company of all of this and they couldn't have cared less. "

"The house was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. Deck was wonderful. Only complaint is mattresses were old and lumpy and towels very small and thin. Also there were no balls for the foosball table so it took up room in living area and of no use. The kids were hoping to play."
