This newly renovated duplex townhouse is adjacent to campus and a 2-minute walk to the college bookstore. The downstairs includes an elegant living room, a large dining room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (coffee/tea is provided) and a large bathroom with washer/dryer and a walk-in shower.

The upstairs has 3 rooms: one with queen bed, dresser, and armchair; the second with twin bed and sofa; the third is a home office with two desks and office chairs. There is a screened-in patio with table and chairs in the back, seating on the front porch, and ample parking space in the garage and the shared driveway.

This short-term rental during the year is being offered at a greatly reduced rate for the summer months (June-August). 1 month minimum stay.
