"De ligging van de woning is goed. De woning zelf was niet naar onze verwachtignen: de netheid was ondermaats, veel gerief van de eigenaars zelf dat blijven staan was. De eindafrekening verliep niet zonder problemen: we hedden bij reservering gekozen om de eindschoonmaak zelf te doe maar toch stonden de kosten voor de schoonmaak op de eindafrekening."

"Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. "Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf den Lampen etc. Die Fußmatten sind auch nicht mehr hygienisch und mussten eigene kaufen. So etwas sollte neu gewaschen da liegen. Wenn man eine Unterkunft mietet, muss sie bei Ankunft gereinigt sein...

Free parking an only 10 minutes walk to the S-train, which will take you to central Copenhagen. My only issue about this hotel (but almost any other hotel as well): PLEASE can you find a solution for the people who wants to smoke, so they don’t stand right outside the main entrance. It is disgusting to pass by the smoke whenever you enter or leave the hotel. "
