Low cost rental, low standard house
This property was probably really nice when it was built. I can see that it was someone's dream of a vacation home on Tenerife with a pool, large outside area with plenty of space for friends, lots of bedrooms and an outdoor kitchen.
However, as years and decades passed, the dream house is in urgent need for a thorough restoration. Many things are broken, including doors and windows that can't be closed. In addition most people's standard of living has changed. We were 13 people staying, and the lack of a dishwasher is an annoyance. As were the poor beds and pillows. And the lack of a connected drain in the sink (the water goes into a bucket...). And the bathroom that is so small that it is just about impossible to close the door.
I hope someone will decide to go forward with a full restoration of this casa, until then, I'll choose somewhere else to spend my vacation.
