"This was a great property located at the halfway point of the island so easy to explore either side. Close to a lovely beach and easy sea bathing with lots of shops too. The roads are steep but then they are anywhere in Madeira. Certainly a good workout if you decide to go walking on the numerous paths."

"It was all and all a great experience. We did struggle with the posted amenities, for example the dryer would cause the main breaker to throw causing us to have to babysit it. The house is huge but also mainly cold surfaces so it can be hard to heat with the provided heaters, which can also trip the electric mentioned above. The beds were pretty comfy and the kitchen was super nice to have. Couldn't use the pool because it was cloudy most if the time and so it didn't warm but that is nature's...

Arrived with food and wine on counter and also had gifts dropped off halfway through stay… house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed for the week, just bring food. "We love Santa Cruz and the little village with small shops and restaurants. This house is an easy walk to the village and is right on the ocean. You can sleep with the sound of the waves. You also have access to a beautiful pool and spacious terrace. We did not want to leave. Carlos was easy to communicate with a Sandra (the housekeeper) looked after us very well. "

"We had a group of 8 family members and friends. The property is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets and an amazing infinity edge pool. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and plentiful. Very clean with a lovely kitchen. We were given a hearty appetizer to welcome us to our Madeira vacation. We all had an adventure finding the house due to steep domestic streets and limited google maps. The owners were helpful and gracious guides. It was a wonderful experience."

"We had a good week. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay, sunny patio. comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen. There is a little convenience store next door and a full range of shops about 1 km up the hill. The nearest resturants seemed to be about 3 km away so not walking distance and the traffic was a little busy but then it is everywhere in Funchal. The owner was very friendly did everything he could to make us welcome even though he did not have much English."

"The house is beautiful. The pool area is an amazing place to take in the views, sunsets and relax. The directions and accompanying literature provided by the host are very informative and answered all of our questions about using the house amenities. Highly recommend taking advantage of the bakery delivery truck that drives past every morning at ~9:15. There is a nespresso machine and drip/filter coffee maker for caffeine needs. If we’re ever back in Madeira, we will hope to stay here again....

"If you’re looking for a modern feel Villa, with a stunning view of Funchal and the coast, and a very nice pool, you just fund it! We were 4 friends who travelled to Madeira for the first time to film and photograph the island and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay. The drive up there is a little tricky, as the road is very steep and with sharp turns, but very worth it. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Madeira und in unserer Wohnung, die sehr angenehm war. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten sehr viel Platz. Auch zu viert wäre es unproblematisch gewesen, da alle Räume insgesamt sehr groß sind. Vieleicht wäre dafür noch eine Couch oder ein weiterer Sessel gut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Alles ist so wie es beschrieben ist. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. "

"Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this house. It is massive with room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved having room to run around outside and were thrilled with the trampoline and pool table. The pool is not heated, so it was a bit chilly during our stay in early May, but the kids still took a dip. The hot tub was lovely. The view was the best part. Absolutely stunning view of the ocean. Pool is lovely, and when heated is great (you might have to insist that it’s on - we had agreed 26 but when we arrived found the controller, and it was on 19 so wasn’t warm for a few days). "Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires. Ils ont été super, ils nous ont fait le tour de la maison, ils parlent très bien français et anglais. La maison est grande et spacieuse, elle est parfaite pour séjourner en famille ou entre amie. La maison est approprié pour les bébé et enfants en bas âge. La propriétaire a même une poussette ! Siège auto.. la localisation est parfaite, il y a un restaurant à côté très bon et peu chère, une pharmacie.. nous avons profité...
