You will love staying in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with a main floor bonus room, open living space and complete kitchen. It is fully furnished with all new amenities to guarantee your stay is comfortable and convenient. Located in the center of Garden City, you'll be able to enjoy easy access to all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment that can be found within walking distance. Spend a day on the lake, just 2 blocks away or spend a day on the slopes at Beaver Mountain ski resort. Bring your family and enjoy making memories together in this prime location.

KITCHEN/DINING
:
Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for your family. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want!

LIVING ROOM
:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view.

BEDROOMS:
Three of the four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are set up to be comfortable! The master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and large closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms and bonus room share the other upstairs bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the bathroom on that floor. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

Bedroom #1 - Upstairs Master: 2 sets of Full-over-Full Bunk Beds with Trundles (sleeps 10)
Bedroom #2 - Upstairs: Queen (sleeps 2)

GARAGE AND PARKING:
You have your own private, single-car garage, and two spaces in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!

LOCATION:
You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

Centrally-located Garden City Stay
The property was well maintained and fulfilled all our needs. It was a bit bigger than what we needed, but for the price it was a better deal than some smaller places nearby. We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. I always appreciate when there are multiple common rooms for watching TV, so the kids can hang out in one space and the adults in another. The main streets in Garden City were within walking distance, so that was very convenient for eating out (not having to find parking). The layout wasn't quite what I expected, with the two largest bunk beds in what was obviously supposed to be the master bedroom, but all of our kids decided to stay in that room, so the big closet and bathroom was great for them. It just meant that my husband and I didn't have an ensuite bathroom. However, it wasn't a dealbreaker, and in all other regards I don't have any criticisms. We'd stay there again, and bring some friends with us next time!

Room for everyone with lots of extras.
This property has so many great options for sleeping arrangements, especially for a big group with various ages like ours was. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack-n-play, high chair, kid dishes, games, and a paddle board, which were not mentioned in the property's description.. We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay.Thank you!
