The Coeurdalene at Bear Lake

The Coeurdalene is a well designed vacation retreat nestled on the mountainside overlooking beautiful Bear Lake.

This beautiful property features 4200 square feet of comfortable living space with 7 bedrms and 5.5 baths. The Coeurdalene hosts up to 36 guests and serves as the perfect home base for family gatherings, company parties, or a retreat!

Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is here, including high-speed internet access, central heating and air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, a 6-burner gas grill, & 4 flat-screen TVs.

Enjoy a pickleball or basketball game on the outdoor sportscourt where you can enjoy the beautiful morning or evening glow with amazing mountain vistas on one side, and the glimmering waters of Bear Lake on the other. Let games go on well into the evening courtesy of elevated court lights.

Host a ping pong or double shot basketball tournament in the garage - converted - game room with comfortable sectional seating for the whole team.

Take in the beautiful stars while enjoying a fire in the firepit while watching the moon reflected off the waters of Bear Lake. Enjoy lawn games in the back yard all while feeling the mountain surroundings you are encompassed by.

Nestle up by the gas fireplace after a day at nearby Beaver Mountain Ski resort, or jump in the hot tub to soothe those muscles after a long day playing in the mountains. Ride ATV's or snowmobiles right from the cabin, or watch the kids sledding right behind the house.

A quick 3 minute drive has you in downtown Garden City where you can get a raspberry shake or a meal for the group. 15 minutes back to the West lands you at the lodge at Beaver Mountain Resort. A few miles to the West has you at the summit of Logan canyon, and the famous sinks area where there is hiking, biking, sledding, snowmobiling, ATV trails, scenic views, and more.

Wheel chair accessibility: while not a true ADA accessible property, we are wheel chair friendly in the sense that we have a portable ramp available, and the master bathroom has a low threshold shower that with some help, could be used by a wheel chair bound individual. During good weather months, the basement can be accessed by going around the North end of the property

The Coeurdalene at Bear Lake is the perfect launch point for so many adventures and connecting moments for your team, group, or family. .

Best Bachelorette location
Truly one of the coolest spots I’ve visited in Utah. This property had an incredible location overlooking the lake, along with amenities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Not to mention plenty of individual beds for everyone to have!! Which was so important. Hope to be back!

Family Reunion
It had everything we could ever need. I wish I had booked one more night so we could have enjoyed more of the amenities the house offered. It was spacious and had great access to the lake. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect home for a family reunion
We had a great time staying here for our family reunion. We especially loved the pickleball court and the fire pit and the kids loved the theater room and the games in the garage . The kitchen setup was very accommodating to feed a large crowd and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very nice and communicative. The house was clean. I liked the location of the house too because it was just a 5 min drive to garden city but close to some hiking trails in Logan canyon. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Reunion House
We loved staying at this house! There were 22 of us and we enjoyed plenty of space in all the rooms-the treehouse bedroom was a favorite. We especially appreciated having 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators. Thanks for creating such a fun and comfortable vacation home!

Fun Family Getaway
We were there with our family of 11 adults and 11 children ranging from 3 to 15. It really had everything that kept our family happy. We used the hot tub, the pickleball court, the garage was a hit with our kids as they played ping pong and b-ball shoot. The extra washer and dryer units were handy as we had towels from bear lake. The kitchen was wonderful having 2 fridges with freezers and then an additional small deep freeze in the garage. The lawn made it fun for our family games. we never got around to using the fire pit. Our oldest grand kids loved the tree room bunk house. there were more beds than we used, so we just had a great stay.

Amazing house!!!
I don’t have enough good to say about our stay here! The house is gorgeous with an incredible view of the lake. The house was clean and so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to feed us all. The grassy backyard, fire pit, and pickle ball court were highlights for us. It’s an amazing property that fit all of us with room to spare. We will definitely come back to this property!!

Bear lake
What a fun place to go. The water was too cold to play in the first few days but there were other activities to keep us entertained until we could go in the water

Logan Canyon Snowmobile Trip
Rented this property for our trip to snowmobile in Logan Canyon. The house is on the hill with a great view overlooking Bear Lake, with awesome sunrises and sunsets. The driveway is a little tricky to pull into with a longbox truck and 35' trailer but its managable. We also had a shortbox with 24' trailer and another pickup. All fit in the driveway without issue. The house is a great size with ample room to spread out for a group of 9 with snow gear. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, and areas to dry gear in the garage. Great kitchen setup for big breakfasts and dinners as well as entertainment in the garage with ping pong, basketball, the hot tub outside, and theater room. Overall great experience and would stay here again.
