Beautiful, scenic yurt in quiet privacy near Yellowstone National Park.

Experience circular space in a 24' yurt with skylight dome, deck, and private yard with BarBQ. Brilliant night stars (when mother nature allows). About 25 minutes (12 miles) from the north entrance to Yellowstone and many other area attractions. Located 4 miles up a county maintained gravel road. The yurt sits on our beautiful 9 acre mountain side property down the road from our primary family residence.
Feel a connection to nature with unique mountain views. There is no cell service on the property.

Idyllic Remote Getaway
Driving to the yurt for the first time was a bit unnerving (narrow, gravel, twisty mountain road) but once we arrived, we were totally smitten! The yurt is comfortable, very clean, and has all the amenities we needed for a quiet retreat on our vacation. The structure is impressive, with plenty of room to unwind in a tempurature controlled space complete with Wi-Fi, luggage racks, extra blankets, and a large smart TV. The bathroom is surprisingly large considering the overall square footage, and our only suggestion would be a different style showerhead - there was noplace to escape the downpour from the rain shower head in the smallish standup shower. The bath rugs and towels are plush and they provide a nice selection of soaps & shampoo. The bed is comfortable and the couch is a sleeper, which was a nice surprise. The small kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of coffee-pods to select from. The outdoor spacde is just as welcoming with clean chairs on the lawn and a cute bistro set on the front deck. Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend!

A Magnificent Experience
Loved our stay in this incredible yurt. It was hard to leave! Chris and Mary have thought of everything. It’s way out in the middle of nowhere down a beautiful road. Peace and quiet awaits you in this truly luxurious yurt. We are so grateful to have found it. Thanks again! We will be sending friends!

We absolutely loved this yurt. It was very cozy, and the view from outside was beautiful. It’s a great distance from Yellowstone and everything inside was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and their property is so welcoming. Everything you could need kitchen and bathroom wise is provided.

Yellowstone Retreat
Terrific 4 day stay at a very clean nicely furnished yurt with a VERY comfortable bed. The Kramer family was amazing and more than responsive. Staying here ensures the Yellowstone experience does not end when you leave the park. Although we saw a ton of wildlife in the park our best experiences were on the dirt road leading to or at the yurt. On the dirt road we were stopped by a small herd of big horned sheep. At the yurt we watched a mountain goat at the top of a mountain behind the unit for over an hour. As a bonus the Yellowstone Hot Springs at the base of the dirt road is not to be missed. We miss Yellowstone and the yurt already. Thank you Kramer Family!!!

Our stay in the Yurt.
The Yurt was so comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The darkness of the area let us fully enjoy the beautiful night sky. We sat in the outside chairs and couldn't believe the amount of stars in the sky.

Great getaway
We stayed three nights and the yurt was wonderful! We enjoyed the added ability of being able to relax at the base of the road at Yellowstone Hot Springs. Everything about the yurt was as described! The road was a little rough, but our rented Toyota Prius made it fine. In fact the owners also has a Prius of their own in the drive when we arrived. The creek along the road is beautiful and it’s nice to get away from the crowds each evening! Definitely would recommend.

Great location and very nice!
We had never been to Yellowstone (YNP). So glad we chose to stay in Gardiner at this yurt a few miles from the north entrance. We booked for the price and I thought the yurt was directly on the dirt road....it isn't) The first pic is the yurt and driveway. We saw elk, bighorn sheep, and beautiful birds from our yurt. We set out early one morning to find a huge herd of deer on the dirt road. We photographed 4 elk at the nearby river. The owners were great.

Glamping to the extreme!!
This property was the most unique place we'd ever stayed and would stay again in a heartbeat! It's PERFECT for couples or for a small family. All the essentials were covered...including A/C! We never actually met Mary B. but we didn't have any issues/complaints/questions during our stay that required their direct involvement, so I figure they just leave you to your privacy as much as possible. Book this place, have your favorite drinks ready and lose yourself in the Milky Way and stars above!!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
This was our first time visiting Yellowstone and our first time staying in a yurt! We are so glad we decided to stay outside of Yellowstone park and in this cozy yurt. It was a fun and unique experience! It was definitely worth the drive to stay away from the crowds that filled Yellowstone. It was quiet and comfortable every night. We fell asleep to the sound of the creek nearby. The bed was super comfortable and the yurt had everything we needed for our trip. The hosts were great and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Yellowstone. This place met and exceeded our expectations!
