– First floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, TV room with Smart TV and kitchen, patio with patio furniture;

– Second floor has three bedrooms, two and half bathroom, living room with couches, Smart TV and fire place , kitchen and deck;

– Occupancy for up to 15 people, including children;

– House has 11 beds: bedrooms have two queen beds, twin bunk beds, two king beds, two twin XL beds, single floor mattress. Additionally there are two futons in the living room downstairs;

– Living area downstairs is equipped with two futons, coffee table, side table, desk with office chair, and a fully equipped kitchen;

– TV room has couch, TV, bar table with four chairs;

– Living room upstairs is equipped with couch, love seat, chair, coffee table, propane fireplace. Kitchen has dining table that sits maximum 8 people;

– Outside patio features gazebo, picnic table that sits 10 people, adirondack chairs, fire pit, propane grill.

– House has one small foldable crib for children up to 2 years old;

– The home comfortably sleeps up to 15 people including children;

– Extra blankets, pillows, and linens provided.

BATHROOM FACILITIES

– First bathroom is equipped with bathtub, vanity and toilet, second and third ones have shower, vanity and toilet. Half bathroom has toilet and vanity;

– Hot water is available year-round;

– We provide bath, hand, makeup towels and washcloths.

CHILD-FRIENDLY AMENITIES

– One crib and one high chair is available at the house.

POLICY

– Pets and parties prohibited inside the house;

– No smoking of any substances inside the house;

– No parties allowed;

– Breaking the policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee charged to guests.
