The house offers two large double bedrooms furnished in a Provencal style.
The third bedroom is located in a mezzanine, very pleasant and welcoming.
Two full bathrooms with showers and bidets.

Large kitchen that can accommodate up to 8 people at the table and with central girls for breakfast up to 4 stools. Double fridge and freezer, new microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric tea kettle, gas stove and double oven.
The living room has a splendid and large window that directly overlooks the garden which is equipped with lighting for evening dinners and good time with your friends and family. A free parking is just in front of the house.
The house is about 7 km from Alassio and its beautiful beaches and trendy restaurants, discos, lounge bars . This property is perfect for relaxing and enjoying quite vacations away from the big crowd of Alassio and Albenga but close enough to join in when you want it!
Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from Nice airport and one hour from Genoa.

Ruhig und erholsam

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem bezaubernden Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung verbracht. Trotzdem sind es nach Alassio und zum Strand (von uns bevorzugt in Laigueglia) nur wenige Autominuten. Schöne gute Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung. Der wunderschöne Golfplatz von Garlenda ist fast fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen gut geeignet, wir waren zu viert. Es ist allerdings über verschiedene Ebenen angelegt, daher sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Eine tolle Terrasse, Grill und 2 Liegestühle sind in dem gepflegten Garten vorhanden. Toll fanden wir (als Hobbyköche) die große Küche mit Theke und Essplatz, in der wir wegen des dieses Mal nicht ganz so stabilen Wetters viel Zeit verbracht haben. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Sabrina und den Hausverwalter Alfredo waren perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Wohnen am Golfplatz

Ein wunderschönes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail, mit der es gestaltet wurde. Die Klimaanlage, die nicht nur in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird, sondern auch tatsächlich funktioniert, war im Juli Gold wert. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, man ist schnell in Alassio oder Albenga. Sabrina war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, stets hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation. Ein wunderschönes Haus, in das man gerne zurückkehren möchte.

Sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt...

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Mädels 6 und 8 Jahre) haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Schon vor der Reise hat uns die Gastgeberin Sabrina bestens mit Informationen versorgt und hat sich auch während unserer Tage in Garlenda erkundigt, ob alles bei uns passt. Im Haus und dem sehr gepflegten Garten haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt, besonders die Mädels hatten sofort die Galerie als ihren Raum entdeckt. Die Wohnung ist mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine und Grill auf sehr hohem Niveau ausgestattet, die ebenfalls vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir dank der angenehm kühlen Nächte nicht gebraucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, wenn man sich nach Ausflügen zu den Stränden und netten Küstenorten wie Albenga, Alassio, Imperia oder Ventimiglia auf ein Glas Wein in ruhiger Atmosphäre auf der Terasse freut. Trotz Urlaubssaison Mitte August war es abends und nachts sehr ruhig, so dass die Fenster nachts geöffnet bleiben konnten. Sehr gefallen an Ligurien hat uns die Tatsache, dass es gerade am Wochenende an den Stränden zwar sehr voll ist, es aber keine Massen an deutschen und holländischen Touristen gibt und sich unter der Woche auch Plätzchen an den freien Stränden finden lassen. Alles in allem haben wir eine entspannte Woche in Garlenda verbracht, so dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden.

Traumhaftes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Unser Familienurlaub in Gerlenda in der Nähe von Alassio war einfach fantastisch! Das Ferienhaus war super sauber und schön gestaltet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft mit herrlicher Natur und vielen wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Wir haben tolle Tage in der Sonne verbracht und konnten viele schöne Orte wie Sanremo, Imperia, Genua, Nizza und Monaco besuchen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus jedem, der einen entspannten Urlaub in Italien erleben möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Bellissima villetta con giardino privato immersa nel verde

So wonderful / Einfach schön!!!

Das Haus ist einfach Ideal für Familie und Pärchen, es liegt wunderschön und ist 13 Minuten von Albenga (sehr schönes Städtchen am Meer) entfernt. Man kann vom Haus aus wundervolle Tagesausflüge und Badeausflüge an's Meer starten.Für Unsere Fam.3 Kinder war es perfekt. Das Haus hat einfach alles was man braucht, nichts fehlte zudem bietet es sehr viel Platz innen wie draußen. Es ist außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Comfort war sehr hoch gleich 2 Klimaanlagen und ein toller Kühlschrank der immer Crush und Würfeleis spendete;). Also wer einen schönen Urlaub in Italien zwischen Savona u. San Remo verbringen möchte legen wir dieses Haus sehr ans Herz. Wir werden wieder kommen, alles ohne Probleme Einfach ein toller Urlaub.

Una splendida vacanza nel verde del golf club Garlenda

Ho scelto di prendere in affitto questa casa deliziosa immersa nel verde del parco del golf perché i miei famigliari sono grandi golfisti. Trovare la casa e installarsi è stato velocissimo e molto pratico. La casa era perfettamente pulita e super confortevole arredata di tutto con un gusto squisito. Si vede che è una casa molto amata e curata dalla sua proprietaria. Avevamo un piccolo cane con noi e abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare una piscinetta per lui e un regalino, molto gradito. Nella casa non manca nulla, il Wi-Fi viaggia veloce e l’aria condizionata è piacevolissima e funzionale. Ci sono due zone giardino dove rilassarsi con i profumi dell’entroterra ligure, la casa è molto silenziosa e si dorme benissimo. E così, ho incominciato a prendere lezioni di golf anche io, sperando di poter tornare presto. Consiglio a tutti questa splendida casa.
