"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. "Fantastic location overlooking Lago di Ledro. Good value for money. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. If you want something off the beaten track this could be for you. Relatively easy access to Lake Garda with the local bus (30 minutes) if you want something more touristy. Apartments are very clean and comfortable if a little basic. Local beach has great swimming access and the newly opened museum in Molina (UNESCO heritage site) is extremely interesting. "

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."
